American Express Global Business Travel are a full service travel management company that work across six continents.
With their aim to make business travel easier, more efficient and less stressful for companies and their travellers, they have been ranked the number one corporate travel provider on the Business Travel News 2014 list.
American Express Global Business Travel wanted to share their vision for a future travel service. They want to give their customers a business travel experience that’s smooth from start to finish and they have some innovating ideas on how to deliver such a promise.
They wanted to share their plans for an app that provides personalised, just-in-time information to travellers, making both the customer’s journey and the Travel Manager’s job easy.
American Express also wanted to invite their travellers and Travel Managers to respond to their proposal, and listen to their users’ needs.
We worked alongside American Express to deliver a corporate video that illustrates how they are listening and responding to their customers’ needs, and invites customers and employees to express their opinion regarding how the American Express Global Business Travel service can be improved.
We created five versions in total, with translations in German, Spanish, Mandarin and French, ensuring that American Express’s Global Business Travel message is indeed a global one.
